Here at Yume, we’re always looking for ways to improve the shopping experience for our network of Yume Buyers. That’s why we’ve answered buyers calls for a new & improved process to keep track of offers, every step of the way!
Our latest functionality, My Recent Activities allows Yume Buyers to do just this and more. The update includes:
Offer progress tracking from start to finish through My Recent Activities
Ability to quickly review & respond to Counter Offers in the My Recent Activities ‘Live Offers’ tab
Complete order history, including past purchases at your fingertips
Offer recommendations to increase chances for success on popular products
Access to key product information and offer details in one place
My Recent Activities helps you keep track of your offers, every stage of the process
You’ll see five tabs in My Recent Activities - Live Offers, Finalise Orders, Pending Delivery, Delivered and Missed Out Offers. Each tab acts like a progress bar for what stage your offers are in.
In Live Offers you can find:
All the products you currently have active offers on, AKA offers you’ve just placed and are waiting to find out if you were successful
Counter Offers you need to review and respond to, complete with product information and offer history
Offers you can Boost with Recommended Offers (more on that below!)
Finalise Orders:
Is where your successful offers become orders, they live here before they get processed for delivery
Pending Delivery:
You guessed it, orders pending delivery to you!
Delivered:
Take a look through all your successfully delivered orders here, complete with key product information. Your full order history is viewable here, so you can keep track of all your purchasing
Missed Out Offers:
Here you can quickly see the stats on offers you missed out on, including the prices you offered
The new & improved Counter Offer process
With My Recent Activities you can review and respond to all Counter Offers quickly in the Live Offers tab, with all the product and pricing information you need to get your Counter Offers in before the timer runs out (that’s right, your opportunity to respond to Counter Offers doesn’t last long, so if you really want to be successful respond fast!).
Recommended Offers is here to help you get the best deal
Yume technology now alerts you when your offer could be stronger on popular products and will tell you when to boost. By boosting with a Recommended Offer, you’re increasing your chances for success. This is a great way to stay in the running for popular products! Recommended Offers are based on market insights and offers placed by other buyers on the same product.
