We'll be adding more Buy Now products in the coming months. In the meantime, you can still place offers on all products as usual.
BUY NOW Frequently Asked Questions
How is the Buy Now option different from the existing offer process?
Choosing Buy Now (instead of Make Offer) means that you can instantly secure a consignment from the Yume marketplace - you won’t have to wait for the supplier to accept your offer.
Simply add "Buy Now" products to your cart and complete the checkout process. This guarantees the stock is reserved for you. You’ll receive an email order confirmation, and subsequently receive an invoice.
What happens after I buy or make an offer?
When you submit an offer, after the offer window closes, the supplier will review all bid and select the best one(s). Once they’ve made their decision, you'll receive an email notification.
For successful purchases via Buy Now or Make Offer, you will soon receive an invoice and need to make payment according to the invoice terms. The supplier will then arrange delivery directly to your door.
Please note: Credit limits and eligibility criteria apply. Delivery times vary between suppliers. Check the delivery information on the product page for estimated arrival times.
Is the option to make an offer still available?
The option to make an offer will remain a feature of the Yume marketplace. Keep in mind that sellers have discretion to choose which purchasing options they offer.
Why don't all products have the "Buy Now" option?
Sellers can choose which purchasing options they offer - Buy Now, Make Offer or both. As we roll out this feature, expect to see a growing number of listings offering both Buy and Make Offer options.
What eligibility criteria can I expect to see on listings?

Delivery state
Metro/regional delivery locations
Pallet requirements - Sellers may require buyers to:
Have a CHEP or LOSCAM account
Be able to do pallet exchange
Have a forklift onsite for deliveries
You may be required to provide details or confirm that you meet applicable requirements during the checkout process before the order is confirmed.
