Offer Summary

Spend 10% or more than your organisation did with Yume between April 1 2024 and June 30 2024 (minimum $10,000 AUD) and we’ll reward you with a 5% purchase credit based on your spend during the same period this year.

Example:

If you spent $50,000 (ex. GST) between April 1 and June 30 2024, and spend $55,000 (ex. GST) during the same period in 2025, you’ll receive a $2,750 credit to use on future purchases.

Eligibility Criteria

Eligibility

You must have made at least 1 other purchase in 2025 to be considered an ‘active’ customer and eligible for this offer.

Minimum Spend Threshold

To qualify, your total spend between April 1 and June 30, 2025 must be at least 10% higher than your total spend (excluding freight, shipping, taxes and service fees) during the same period in 2024, as specified by purchase orders issued by your organisation.

Order Date Definition

The purchase order issue date will determine which orders fall within the relevant timeframes.

Credit Issuance & Use

Notification of Credit

If eligible, you will be notified in writing before July 15, 2025, with confirmation of the total credit amount earned.

Credit Use

• Credits can only be redeemed for product purchases made via the Yume platform.

• Credits cannot be used for shipping costs, freight, taxes, service fees, or any other non-product charges.

• Credits must be used between July 1 and September 30, 2025.

• Any unused credits after this date will be automatically forfeited.

• Credits may not be applied to more than 60% of the total value of any individual order, excluding freight, shipping, taxes and service fees.

  • For example, if an individual order total is $1,000 (excluding freight, shipping, taxes and service fees) you can apply a maximum credit of $600 towards payment.

• Any unused portion of your credit will remain available for use on subsequent eligible purchases until the offer expires or the full credit value is used.

• Credits cannot be applied where the organisation has overdue invoices.

Other Terms

Non-Transferable

Credits are non-transferable and may only be used by the eligible organisation.

No Cash Value

Credits have no cash value and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.

Disputes

Yume’s calculation of eligible spend and credit value is final and binding. Yume reserves the right to apply credits to overdue invoices.

Changes & Termination

Yume reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without notice, provided such change does not negatively affect entitlements already earned under the program.
